Dave Jensen: Owner/Broker.

Dave started in commercial investment real estate in 1988 soon after graduating from UC Davis. He has been involved in the Central Valley Market since starting with a prominent commercial real estate firm in Modesto California. In 1996 Dave ventured out on his own and established JCB in November 1996. Since then, in addition to everyday commercial activity, Dave has been directly involved with many development projects from the ground up including the prestigious Bangs Business Park, a 20 acre development which included over 144,000 sq. ft. of buildings and securing tenants to lease the complex. It is important to Dave in developing long term relationships with his clients with a simple philosophy of treating his clients with integrity and respect while helping analyze and secure commercial real estate opportunities. Dave enjoys the everyday challenges of commercial real estate by thinking outside of the box and prides himself on problem solving and finding creative ways to make a deal come together.

Jon Burgi: Agent.

Growing up in Modesto, Jon has developed strong roots in the region both professionally and socially. This has helped Jon in achieving life long friendships and business relationships in the central valley. Jon joined JCB with a strong business background both locally and nationally. Jon worked over five years as a west coast regional manager with Hearth & Home Technologies (a 2 billion dollar company) and was responsible for successfully negotiating pricing, contracts, and programs with most all of the largest residential builders in the nation. Prior to his position at Hearth & Home Technologies, Jon has worked as a general manager for different local businesses. Jon proudly served our country with the US Army at a young age. A career of building businesses has equipped Jon in bringing exceptional value to the Commercial investment Real Estate market.
